Quick Jump

Things are about to get rather wet, so make sure you have a towel and a waterproof surface under your blind and fleece - or move outside onto the concrete.

Fill the water bottle with hot water, as hot as your skin can handle without burning.
Add a good squeeze of detergent.
Replace the cap - one with lots of holes in it so the water sprinkles out.

Squeeze the bottle and wet the entire fleece package.

Walk your hands over the fleece, pressing down, to make sure it is all wet.
You may need to add more water and spread it out to the edges.
The whole fleece package must be flat and wet before moving on to the next stage.

Work the wool by moving your hands in circles that are in the same direction, that is either clockwise or anti-clockwise - not both!
Keep going for about three to five minutes, or until the wool fibres start to poke through the netting.

Carefully remove the netting.
Gently move the felt down to the edge of the blind.

Now it is time to start fulling the felt.
