Peace Tree

If you we were to start all over again and re-create the world, how would you ensure that the world was a peaceful place? Brainstorm all of your ideas... make an Action Plan for a Peaceful World.

Extra Challenge: Now group your ideas. Put all the things that would need to happen first in one group, this group makes up the first step towards peace. Make 2 or 3 more groups for the next steps towards the goal of a peaceful world.

Write each idea on a Christmas tree decoration. Decorate a tree (a real one or a tree drawn on paper) with your peace decorations. What could you write on the star or angel that goes at the top of the tree?

As a class discuss and brainstorm what is needed for a peaceful world, create a class tree of peace.
