Remembering the ANZACs in my community

What can you tell people from other communities about the war memorial and the soldiers from your community?

Time for some special research!

• Visit your local memorial with a camera and take some informative photos.
  
  
• Talk to people in your community about the soldiers they remembered who went to war.
  Elderly people who you know could be a good start.
  
  
• You may find that by contacting your local RSA you will obtain a lot of useful and very interesting information.

You could design your own research sheet, or you could print out our 'Remembering in my community research sheets' one on our local memorial, and the other on a soldier in our community to record your information on.

When you have gathered as much information as you need:

• send the information as an Email (add a photo or drawing as an attachment) or
  
  
• fill out the ANZACs in My Community online form and click on the send button.

Your research will be displayed on the Our ANZACs page for people around the world to read about!
